Our Process
Receive Donations
As a non-profit 501-3(c) company, we dedicate 100% of our donations to the assistance of Veterans. Your donation is placed into a Veteran Fund which will be used for Veterans in need.Â
Veteran requests Assistance
Our staff will review the request within 4 hours, after verifying the credentials and type of assistance. Our team processes the request within 24 hours (depending on available funds). We deliver either a egift card by text or email for the type of assistance requested or pay the funds directly to the business (hotels, utility companies, landlords, automotive shops, transportation company, etc).Â
FFV Followup Assistance
After providing financial assistance to our Veterans, we provide information and materials to help guide the Veteran on a path of self-care. We have partnered with many programs and collected knowledge on government programs to help lead our Veterans’ to receive all of the benefits and support they have earned.Â
